Processing Time

We reduce your delivery time by processing each order within the first 24 hours of your purchase.
At this time you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Shipping and Tracking
In 24 hours after your purchase, you will receive your tracking number by E-Mail or SMS (on business days).
On Holidays or weekends, you will receive your tracking number the business day after your purchase.
After sending your tracking number you will receive an E-Mail with a mini-tutorial on how to monitor your order.

 

Shipping Time

Our delivery time for domestic orders is 2- 5 business days.
For the rest of the world, it is 7 - 15 business days, can be expedited with DHL (2-4 business days)
We are having logistics delays due to the current pandemic (COVID-19). Orders can take an extra 2 weeks to arrive depending on the country.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled even before they are shipped.

If - for any reason - you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact the following email: info@abendia.com within the first 12 hours after payment. Please note that we cannot cancel orders in transit. Due to COVID-19, we are only receiving returns if the product is defective. To start the return, please send an email to info@abendia.com. You must send your order number, a brief description of the problem and a video proof showing clearly the problem.

How to be eligible for a return?

Our customer service will indicate the address of our nearest warehouse. You have a 30-day warranty after receiving the product.

 

​Please meet the following criteria:

​1.- Your item must be in the original packaging.

2.- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

3.- Your item must be brand-new, and in the same conditions that you received it.

4.- The return shipping cost is not covered by our company.

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will evaluate and notify you about the arrival of the item. We will inspect the item and update you regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a reimbursement to your credit card (or initial payment method). You will receive the reimbursement within 3-5 business days, depending on your card’s company guidelines.
